Today started the two week celebration of Cole's birthday!! The past few years Cole's birthday has turned into a two to three week celebration. The main reason is because his birthday falls over spring break at school so we have to have his friend party early in the month or late in the month. That way we avoid his friends being out of town. We've also travel around Cole's birthday so we can't have his family part on his birthday either.
Today started the two week celebration with his friend party at Jump for Fun - a bounce house place about 10 minutes from our house. This was the third time we've had a party there and it always turns out great! You get 1 hour of play time with just your party and then the last 15 minutes of play time overlaps with another party. Then, you have 45 minutes in their party room for cake and presents.
Here are all the friends that came to Cole's party. There were some kids from his 1st grade class and the boys from his boy scout troop (all of whom go to his school but none are in his class).
We had cupcakes from SAMS club - you get 30 cupcakes for a really low price ($13.50)!! Cole chose to have sport themed cupcakes. The kids all got a juice box and an ice cream cup. For the party favor we made goody bags with ring pops and bubbles.

With so many friends at his party he ended up with tons of great new toys!! He ended up with two hot wheel track sets (one that goes on your wall - haven't put that up yet but he's super excited about it), two Lego sets, a Hex Bug set, an awesome remote control 4 wheeler, some spy gear equipment, two gift cards, Pokemon cards, and a few more items! He sure is one lucky boy!!
